Our Trash Enclosurers . . .

This is a reminder about our trash enclosures. In order to keep them clean and free of pests and rodents, please adhere to the following very important rules:

- Please do not leave trash anywhere except in the brown trash bins.

- Please break down boxes and put them in the recycling bins or between recycling bins if there is no room in the bin.

- If there is no room in the bins that are closest to your house, please take the trash or items to be recycled to another trash enclosure.

- Please place recyclables in the proper bin. Recycling is done pursuant to Montgomery County law.

- Please do not dispose of large household items, bathroom fixtures, building materials, and glass in the trash enclosures. Handling of such items must be arranged by homeowners in advance with Montgomery County's Solid Division of Waste Services. The community may incur unnecessary additional costs due to the need of additional/unscheduled maintenance work of the enclosures as well as disposing of large household items and construction debris.

- It is the homeowner’s responsibility to inform contractors of the trash enclosure rules. Disposing of any construction debris at the enclosures is strictly prohibited.

If you see someone disposing of trash in a way that does not adhere to the rules, please let a board member or property manager know. If there are any additional issues regarding the trash enclosures that you would like to bring to our attention, please also let us know.

The speed limit in our community is 15 MPH, if you see the vehicle speeding please get the vehicle tag number and a house number if possible & call Robert Ackermann, Property Management @ 410.741.5120 or email us.
